The first few days this week were quite productive, but then I had a migraine which completely wiped me out and I have been in a bit of a daze ever since!
This meant taking it easy and having a quiet weekend with nothing strenuous on the agenda. So I have been baking, pottering around and walking Poppy, which was just the tonic I needed.
Here is to a full and happy week ahead for all of us.

These are my favourite things which have made me happy this week…
Fading hydrangeas, but still beautiful
A touch of Shakespeare on a yacht
Lovely little bumblebee collecting pollen
Green leaves turning copper and cognac brown
Walking around Christchurch Castle and Norman House
What has made you happy this week?

Love traveling with you and your gorgeous photographs!!! My 5 Happy things are: spending time with my daughters and new grandson, having friends who helped to check in on my mum while I was away, my mum's port going in successfully without further health issues, my mum's first infusion going well, having the most wonderful man in my life who partners with me through everything…
